How many family sponsorship programs do we specialize in?
Canadian citizens and permanent residents can invite their foreign national spouse (wife or husband) to attain permanent residency in Canada. The Spousal Family Sponsorship program supports family unity for legally married spouses of residents in Canada.
Foreign national partners of Canadian residents can be invited into Canada to become permanent residents under the Common-law Partner Sponsorship program – if they’ve continuously lived together for at least one year.
Parents (Canadian citizen or permanent resident) of a foreign national child can sponsor their children to come live with them in Canada. In the long run, their kids get to become permanent residents benefiting from the limitless opportunities of living in Canada.
Undeclared family member sponsorship
